All placed orders are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.1  The prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes are included except shipment costs (and customs duties where applicable).
1.2  AlcoaShop reserves the right to modify the prices at any given time.
1.3  The products remain the property of AlcoaShop until the full price has been paid. In case of non payment of the order, for whichever reason, AlcoaShop is entitled to re-claim the goods.

2.1  AlcoaShop commits to sending the goods immediately upon reception of the order. Order received before 2pm shall be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm shall be deemed to have been received the following day.
2.2  AlcoaShop commits to informing the customer of any possible delivery delay.
2.3  The products will be delivered to the address indicated under « delivery address » in the order form.

3.1  The selected carrier is UPS Germany. Please check the attached list for shipping rates. (link). Deliveries can be expected within 5 business days of order. (Except Russia and Iceland 8 days)
3.2  Air freight charges are determined not only by the actual weight of the contents but the dimensional weight of the package. The dimensional weight is calculated on the dimensions of the carton (length x width x height). Shipments may have numerous cartons.

4.1 - Credit Card Payment
4.1.1  The customer may pay on-line by means of a Visa Credit Card or MasterCard through a secured payment system. The Credit Card data are secured, encrypted and transmitted to DATATRANS without AlcoaShop or any third party being able to access this secured data.
4.1.2  Credit Card payment is only authorized for private purchase. Company Credit cards are NOT accepted.
4.1.3  The total of the order is debited on the client’s account at the moment of shipment of the order.
4.1.4  The invoices are issued upon delivery of the order.

4.2 - Invoice Payment
4.2.1  Upon reception of the order AlcoaShop issues an invoice to the customers “invoice address” indicated on the order form and transmitted upon delivery of the goods.
4.2.2  The customer commits to paying the total sum of the goods ordered within 30 days of invoice date.

5.1  For the shipping of goods outside of the European Union, customs duties may be imposed. These shall vary depending on the quantities and types of goods purchased as well as the country being shipped to, but shall in any case be borne entirely by the Buyer.
5.2  PGSA will prepare export documents such as commercial invoices, air waybills, export declarations and certificates of origin (if needed).

6.1  The Buyer will have the right to return non-satisfactory or non-required (not ordered) goods, with any resulting cost paid by Supplier.
6.2  Returns for convenience shall be at the Buyer’s cost. The Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the returned goods provided they are still in brand new conditions.

8.1  AlcoaShop commits to not disclosing to third parties any information/data submitted by the customer. They are treated confidentially and will only be used for the order process and to enhance and personalise assistance of AlcoaShop in favour of the customer. All data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable data privacy laws.
